AIGC Use Policy & Content Safety Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

Fash.AI ("we") provides AI-generated content (AIGC) fashion content services (the "Service"). This AIGC Use Policy & Content Safety Policy (this "Policy") explains how you may use the Service, the categories of content we prohibit, and our review and enforcement mechanisms.

This Policy supplements, and is subject to, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control for the conflicting part.

2. Your Responsibility for Content

You are fully responsible for the reference materials you upload, the prompts you enter, and the generated results you ultimately distribute. Before using the Service, ensure you have the lawful right to use the relevant materials and that the final use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

Generated results may be inaccurate. Before commercial publication, you should independently verify facts, portrait rights, copyright, and other compliance requirements.

3. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to create, request, upload, or distribute the following content, whether as input or output:

• Pornography, nudity, or sexually suggestive content (NSFW)
• Sexualization, exploitation, or any content that endangers minors
• Excessive violence, gore, severely disturbing content, or content that glorifies self-harm
• Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, bullying, or personal attacks
• Illegal content, including but not limited to drugs, weapons, fraud, money laundering, and terrorism
• Deepfakes or impersonation of real people, especially public figures or private individuals
• Infringement of others' copyright, trademark, portrait rights, privacy, or other intellectual property rights
• Any use intended to be malicious, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful to others

The list above is illustrative and does not form an exhaustive list of permitted behavior. We may decline to process any content that violates the spirit of this Policy based on applicable law or our risk assessment.

4. Reporting Channels

If you encounter prohibited content or behavior, please report it through our Contact page, including where possible: the relevant link or generation record, the type of violation, and your contact information.

We will review and act on valid reports within a reasonable period. Issues involving the protection of minors or urgent legal risk are prioritized.

5. Platform Review and Enforcement

To enforce this Policy, we may take the following actions, individually or in combination:

• Refuse generation requests and withhold prohibited content
• Remove generated content that violates this Policy
• Limit, suspend, or permanently close accounts that violate this Policy
• Cooperate with lawful investigations by competent authorities when required by law

Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination of service without refund, subject to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

6. Underlying AI Models

The Service's generation capabilities are powered by third-party AI models. The models actually in use are disclosed in the "AI model disclosure" section on the home page. We only disclose models we actually use and do not exaggerate or fabricate model capabilities.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect from the "Effective date" shown at the top. For material changes, we will provide additional notice through in-product notices or email.
